Although It's Been Launched, Almost Nobody Who Use Android Lollipop
When it was unveiled by Google, Android 5.0 Lollipop comes with a multitude of features and a fresh new interface. No wonder the loyal fans of Green Robot is looking forward to the new operating system on the device.
Unfortunately, although Android Lollipop already almost at the age of two months, it seems only a handful of users are already running Android 5.0 on the device.
Based on data released by Google's Android distribution in January 2015, less than 0.1 percent of Android devices in the world using the Lollipop. With this, Lollipop was included into the distribution list to the latest Google Android. Lollipop distribution rate of the starting slower than KitKat used by 1.1 percent in the first month after release.
In this time period, KitKat still dominate the world of Android with 39.1 percent figure. He was followed by Jelly Bean 4.1.x by scoring 19.2 percent, with 20.3 percent 4.2.x and 4.3 to 6.5 percent. Other versions such as Ice Cream Sandwich 4.03-04 at 7.8 percent, followed by 2.2 Froyo with 0.4 percent figure.
According to ZDNet, the slow pace of distribution Lollipop is a problem experienced by a number of users who have earned Lollipop updates on the device. Users who most of them are owners of the Nexus 7 tablet in 2012 reported that the performance of the device decreases after Lollipop attached. The issue is not corrected until the launch of Android 5.0.2 at the end of December.
Other Nexus users also experienced the same thing with Android 5.0.1 are present in early December. The whole problem is making other Android users free to join the club Lollipop.
